The question most people are left with when starting this diet is: What on earth am I going to eat?You actually have more options than you realize at first. For a quick meal, you can pan-sautee chicken breasts or pork chops, and add sides of veggies and fruits. Snack on nuts, make smoothies, put peanut butter on a rice cake. You’ll find there are a lot of things you can eat and enjoy. For new recipes, I suggest searching Paleo diet food blogs. I get tons of ideas from them. The Paleo diet eliminates more things than this diet does, but it’s a good place to start because those recipes won’t have any of the things you’re not supposed to eat. (Paleo recipes will use coconut oil instead of butter, and coconut milk instead of milk – so you can just use butter and milk instead if you want in those recipes.)
You can check out some of the food blogs I follow on my Links and Resources page. Besides that, here’s the list of recipes that I’ve tested and put on this blog so far!
